Coolsculpting is a non-invasive fat-freezing technology that really works.  But here’s the thing – it’s not magic.  Coolsculpting demands your participation to ensure that you get the best possible return on your investment.

Because Coolsculpting’s results are so overwhelmingly amazing, we’ve noticed that a lot of patients kick up their exercise and nutrition regimes a notch to maintain those results.

In the spirit of positive reinforcement, we offer you these tips to improve Coolsculpting results.  They’re not difficult and once you’ve seen the incredible results the therapy is capable of, you’ll have plenty of motivation to maintain them.

Healthy eating.

Healthy eating makes a difference in the way you look and feel.  Eating healthy food improves your overall outlook for a long life, strengthens your immune system and yes – improves Coolsculpting results.

We’re not going to tell you to cut fat out of your life forever.  Fat is not always bad.  In fact, your body needs a certain amount of fats and oils to function at its best.  What we will counsel is that you eat foods known to provide you with energy and which are as “close to source” as possible.

What that means is that you’re looking for food in its original forms.  Avoid packaged foods with a lot of additives, as these contribute to the development of fat, which holds toxins in your body.  Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean meats and fish are the basis of any good diet.

And maybe cut down on the salt!

Add drinking a healthy amount of water each day to your regimen and see the difference it makes.

Exercise.

Not everybody likes it, but the truth about exercise is that it’s a cornerstone of healthy living.  If you’ve had Coolsculpting and seen its outstanding results, you’ll want to add regular exercise to your life (if isn’t already a part of it).

“Regular” can mean a variety of things, depending on who you’re talking to.  A good guideline is 20 minutes of sustained cardiovascular activity, 5 times per week.  That’s something you can build on and it will help regulate your weight and blood sugar.

Start with fast walking, cycling or swimming.  Once you get started, you’ll discover why so many people can’t live without regular exercise and soon, you’ll be one of them.

Massage.

Practitioners of Coolsculpting technology are finding that a short period of vigorous massage following the procedure can help to accelerate results, but an ongoing course of massaging the area will also serve to improve blood circulation and your results.

Massage has also been shown to have numerous benefits like reducing stress, fighting depression, improving joint mobility and reducing muscle tension.  It’s a great addition to anyone’s life.
