One of the best gifts you can give your body is the gift of hydration.  Most of us don’t drink nearly enough water.  Instead, we turn to soft drinks.  Many find water “boring”.  But consider that your body consists mostly of water which is continually evaporating and being eliminated from your body.

And when you have a CoolSculpting® treatment, the treated fat cells die and their contents must be eliminated.  When you increase your water intake, you increase your body’s ability to eliminate the contents of those dead fat cells.

The more water you drink, the more you’re helping your lymphatic system do its post-treatment job.  If you’re not used to drinking as much water as you should, set weekly goals for water intake and stick to them.

Sweat It Out

Many of us tend to think of sweating in a negative light, but it’s a natural process of the body which serves to eliminate toxins in our system.  Sweat also keeps us cool when we’re hot.

Choose foods which are high in fiber, like green, leafy vegetables and grains.  Lean meats, chicken and fish are other healthy choices which will help you get the most bang for your CoolSculpting® buck.
