Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team of skilled professionals. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining high standards of service in line with our brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of aestheticians, medical assistants, and support staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Provide written quarterly reviews for staff.

2. Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless spa operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

3. Guest Experience and Satisfaction:

  • Set and uphold the highest standards for guest service, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and a memorable experience.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, seeking resolutions to enhance satisfaction.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, including retail sales, package promotions, and memberships.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed.

5. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, health, and safety standards.
  • Oversee sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene practices to maintain a safe and clean spa environment.

6. Product and Treatment Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetic treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and medical professionals to introduce new products and services.
  • Make sure all staff are trained and able to speak abouts the various treatments and products.

7. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage scheduling, appointment bookings, and oversee client records and documentation in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and financial statements for regular review and analysis.

8. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time, contributing to the overall success of the spa.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a high-end medical spa or luxury spa environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Certification or background in aesthetics or skincare is a plus.
  • Previous experience with medical aesthetic treatments or procedures is highly advantageous.
