Job Title: Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation. The coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing our social media strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

2. Content Creation:

  • Generate compelling and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless campaign execution.

4. Community Engagement:

  • Foster community engagement through responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content.

5. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand exposure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and marketing software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Understanding of data analytics for marketing insights.
