We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms
- Create engaging and shareable content, ensuring brand consistency
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
Content Creation
- Generate compelling and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless campaign execution
Community Engagement
- Foster community engagement through responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand exposure
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and marketing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of data analytics for marketing insights
