Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

1. Warm Welcome and Check-In:

  • Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently check-in clients for their appointments, confirming necessary paperwork and providing any required information.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Manage the appointment booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling of services and consultations.
  • Coordinate with service providers to accommodate special requests or changes to appointments.

3. Client Communication:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information regarding services, availability, and pricing.

4. Retail Sales and Product Knowledge:

  • Assist clients with retail product selection, providing detailed information on skincare products and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

5. Maintain a Tidy and Organized Front Desk Area:

  • Ensure the reception area is well-presented, organized, and clean at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies as needed, including brochures, marketing materials, and refreshments.

6. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and appointment confirmations.
  • Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Client Records and Privacy:

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Accurately update and manage client records and documentation.

8. Handle Guest Inquiries and Reservations:

  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions, guiding clients in making informed decisions.
  • Assist with booking additional services or making reservations for special events.

9. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in special projects or tasks as assigned by the management from time to time, contributing to the overall success of the spa.


  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a high-end spa or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including scheduling and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of skincare products and services.
  • Previous experience in a high-end medical spa or luxury hospitality environment.
