Roshan Shah

Roshan was an early investor in Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness and now serves as the company's President.

In addition to his role at Ethos, Roshan is President of Hamilton Road Capital, a multi-strategy co-investment vehicle that focuses on real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. Hamilton Road Capital also makes opportunistic privateequity and venture capital investments ranging from seed to late-stage pre-IPO companies across a wide range of industries. Roshan is responsible for management of HRC's portfolio of assets, deal sourcing, and investor relations and has structured north of $11 billion worth of transactions globally.

Roshan is also a Principal and an Equity Owner of the world's fastest growing commercial real estate services firm where he advises local, national, and international corporations as well as property owners on developing and executing their strategic real estate plans. The firm has now grown to over 5,000 employees with over 100 offices across 18 countries. Roshan serves on the firm's Global Advisory Board for corporate occupiers.

Roshan is also Co-Founder & CEO of Decimal Digital Currency, a hedged Bitcoin mining platform as well as blockchain development firm launched in 2016. Decimal operates cryptocurrency mining across renewable powered crypto focused data centers.

Roshan is a graduate of Boston University's Questrom School of Business and the Harvard Business School. Roshan serves on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and was elected both Class Secretary and Reunion Co-Chair of his HBS Class.
