Rani is a dynamic senior executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, management, and sales across the spa and medspa industries. She began her career in the industry while in college, starting as a receptionist in a high-end salon and spa and working her way up to Regional Operations Manager--a journey that gives her a deep understanding of every level of the business.

Since joining Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness in 2023, Rani has played an integral role in expanding the brand and successfully opening multiple locations throughout New Jersey. A proven operator and growth strategist, she drives enterprise strategy, mentors high-performing teams, and is known for uncovering inefficiencies, training staff, and introducing new revenue streams.

Her leadership philosophy centers on honesty, integrity, and communication, with a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction and appreciation. Whether she's on the floor with front-desk staff or mentoring providers, Rani brings hands-on energy, clarity, and collaboration to every team she leads.
