His primary focus is on minimally invasive and non-invasive cosmetic procedures including botulinum injection (Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse), laser hair removal, chemical peels, and laser skin rejuvenation. Dr. Soni believes in a more conservative approach and his first goal is education. Clients are able to determine the ideal treatments after discussion with Dr. Soni regarding the expected outcomes, cost, as well as risks.
Additionally, Dr. Soni serves as a trainer for Galderma and Allergan, two leading companies in the field of aesthetic medicine, where he shares his expertise in advanced injection techniques with fellow professionals.

A board-certified anesthesiologist, Dr. Monika Soni trained at an affiliate of the Cedar Sinai Medical Center of Los Angeles. Currently on staff at RWJ-Barnabas Health, she has received advanced training in administration of BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers, lasers and RF technology. She is a member of the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Julianne is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of NJ. She obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Seton Hall University in NJ. Prior to entering the field of Aesthetic Medicine, Julianne specialized in Surgical and Post-Operative Medicine. Ultimately, Julianne’s passion is for aesthetics and helping patients feel their absolute best on the inside and out. She has certification and extensive training in cosmetic injectables along with non-surgical skin revitalizing technology. She has over 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and be more self-confident. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her kids and cooking.

Kate Ceccarelli FNP is a joint owner at Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness Sparta location and is a highly trained member of the Ethos team. She is committed to delivering exceptional care. She is trained on full face rejuventation with neurotoxin and filler, liquid rhinoplasty, laser-based services as well as non-surgical thread lift with over a decade of experience in primary and surgical care.
She strives to provide each patient with an individual treatment plan and the best possible outcome. Kate has a keen eye for detail when it comes to aesthetic based procedures and she’s a consummate professional. Mary Sheerin
NP, Nurse Practitioner
Mary is a highly experienced practitioner who has also worked in emergency medicine, psychiatry, and outpatient neurology. Her passion for wellness and aesthetics and caring disposition has provided her patients with beautiful outcomes. Mary was born in Princeton, NJ and will always be a Jersey girl at heart. Mary is a former fitness model and is currently a certified personal trainer. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University. She then enrolled in Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) accelerated nursing program and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working in neurology for over 6 years she knew she had to follow her passion for aesthetics. Mary obtained her master’s degree from William Paterson University becoming a Nurse Practitioner. It is important for Mary to have a one on one connection with her patients. She also has a love for learning and therefore, will always be up to date on the latest and best in aesthetics and wellness. She explains procedures, educates her patients, and safety is her biggest priority. She has a special eye for balancing faces with neurotoxins, lasers, and dermal fillers. Prior to medical aesthetics, she began her medical career in Trauma and Surgical medicine, a field in which she is still active. Jesse is a Board Certified Physician Associate. She studied microbiology and chemistry before getting her Masters degree in physician assistance studies. Prior to following her passion for wellness and aesthetics, Jesse worked in neurosurgery and neurocritical care for over a decade. This role allowed her to develop various operative and procedural skills which transfer well to providing safe and effective aesthetic treatments.
The transition to medical aesthetics was driven by a passion for functional medicine and a goal for her patients to look and feel their best. Jesse feels that subtle enhancements through a comprehensive aesthetic/wellness plan can play an important roll in one’s overall confidence and sense of well-being.
As an avid fitness enthusiast, she has a passion for yoga and enjoys coaching CrossFit in her spare time.
